This modern luxurious mountain home is awaiting your family and friends to create memories of a lifetime. The house is 6000 + sq. ft with nine bedrooms and is fully air conditioned. This house also offers a private suite for those who want the option to be separate from the group. Arrowhead Lodge is themed with a Native American decor in tribute to the Adirondack Indians (The Bark Eaters). The location of the house is unparalleled with easy walking distance to the village’s main streets. Located right down the road is the entrance to the Lake Placid Center of Performing Arts, Desperados Restaurant (great margaritas), Stewart’s gas station for any of your last-minute needs, a mini complex housing Simply Gourmet, and the new Dack Shack that has live music and incredible food. A leisurely stroll and you’ve got your whole night planned! Both famous lakes, Lake Placid and Mirror Lake, are just minutes away.
The outdoor amenities at Arrowhead include a magnificent deck with a large BBQ grill and a tank of gas for your convenience, a 10-person hot-tub, plenty of outdoor furniture, a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, and volleyball. There is something for everyone to make your time outside as enjoyable as possible. For further enjoyment of the great outdoors at Arrowhead Lodge, both master bedrooms boast private porches! One is screened in, the other is situated high off the ground.
The oversized garage has a brand-new ping pong table as well as a pool table so the kids (and young at heart) can play while dinner is cooking. There are plenty of chairs for spectators! Right above the garage area, a private suite offers a mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and its own 43-inch flat screen TV. Back inside the main house, there are two 70-inch flat screen TVs upstairs, and one downstairs to provide ample viewing options. The kitchen has all brand-new appliances including a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and oven, panini press, Keurig, a traditional coffee maker, fondue pot, waffle maker, and serving pieces for your outdoor grilling. The huge indoor dining table holds 16 easily with a complete dining service for 16-20 people to accommodate your entire group.
There are nine total bedrooms to include six pillow top king beds, one pillow top queen bed, a room with four pillow top twin beds, and a ninth bedroom with another set of bunks. We provide high thread count sheets with cozy comforters, extra pillows and extra blankets to help you get your best rest ever. The bathrooms are all modern and very clean. This home has a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. There is plenty of space for storage as well.
The owners are local and happy to always help and provide local knowledge. We pride ourselves in hosting many repeat guests year after year. We are a family-run business and are on a first-name basis with many of our returning guests.

Per property and casualty insurance and local zoning and code recommendations, security cameras are above exit doors only. These are in plain sight and can be disabled by the guest’s request upon check in. There is absolutely no camera or monitoring of any kind inside this home. The property is also equipped with an outdoor noise monitoring device. This device simply monitors decibel levels. If things get too noisy outside, it will notify us. Be the best neighbor possible!
